We are looking for experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistants (REVA) to work with Real Estate agents, professionals, and business owners in US Time zones.

We help entrepreneurs and their teams do more of the work they love by finding assistants to support them in their life and business.

We are on a mission to take 1 million hours of work off your plate, so you have the time to do more of what you love:

You’ll be exposed to all different aspects of business in various industries, where you’ll learn something new every day. We are dedicated to learning, growing, and developing world-class assistants.

**As an Atlas REVA, you’ll be matched with real estate agents to help the business owner stay organized and prioritize, so they can focus on growing the business.

We are CONSTANTLY hiring more and more REVAs (roughly 5-10+ a month) as we get closer and closer to our 1 million transformed hours goal..

You need to be an absolute rockstar,, with a proven track record of being able to lead, manage, and work with a real estate agent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
**Transaction coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing real estate transactions, including communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, and other relevant parties, scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Social media management and marketing: Create and manage social media profiles, post relevant content, engage with followers, run social media ads, and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
**Listings management: Manage real estate listings on multiple platforms, including uploading photos and descriptions, creating virtual tours, responding to inquiries, and scheduling showings.
**Lead generation and management: Help generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach, and manage the lead pipeline in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
**Email newsletters: Design and send out regular email newsletters to keep clients and leads informed about market trends, new listings, and other relevant news.
**Past client management: Develop and maintain relationships with past clients, provide customer service, and solicit referrals.
**CRM management: Keep the CRM system up-to-date with client and lead information, track interactions, and generate reports to help agents make informed decisions.
**Basic graphic design via Canva or other tools: Create basic graphic designs for social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
**Ad hoc tasks: Assist with various ad hoc tasks as needed, such as conducting background checks, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and running errands.
**Website management: Help maintain the company website, update content, and make sure it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
**Market research: Conduct market research to help agents stay informed about market trends, competition, and new opportunities.
**Event planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events such as open houses, client appreciation events, and other marketing events.
**Database management: Keep the company database up-to-date with accurate and relevant information, ensuring it is easily accessible and organized.
**Vendor coordination: Coordinate with vendors such as photographers, home inspectors, and repair contractors to ensure smooth transactions and maintain positive relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
**Experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant preferably experience with managing other people in Ops
**Experience with organic social media management
**Understanding of Social Media Platforms
**Experience with marketing and operational KPIs
**Ability to work independently, anticipatory care, and persistent
**Proactive attitude and a willingness to try and figure things out
**Ability to learn new technologies and maintain systems
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Attention to detail and listening skills

TECH REQUIREMENTS
**Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
**Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Salary range: $5 – $8* per hour (negotiable based on past experience)
Salary increases based on performance
