We are an established and growing real estate investment company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Virtual Assistant with real estate and transaction coordination experience. This is a remote position with flexible hours, suitable for anyone passionate about the real estate industry and able to manage their own time effectively. We estimate 10-20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all administrative duties including data entry, managing appointments, and maintaining a detailed calendar of tasks.
Coordinate real estate transactions from start to finish, from contract to closing.
Manage the disposition process, which includes overseeing buyer interactions, negotiations, due diligence, and closing procedures.
Assist in the development, improvement, and execution of standard operating procedures.
Conduct market research and prepare regular market updates.
Liaise with buyers, sellers, title companies, and other real estate professionals.
Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate assistant, transaction coordinator, or similar role.
Understanding of the real estate disposition process.
Familiarity with real estate contracts and the closing process.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and real estate software.
Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
