Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support a busy realtor team in Milwaukee, WI USA. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administrative support and a keen interest in the real estate industry. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in streamlining operations, managing communications, and facilitating smooth transactions from anywhere in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Assist with basic contact with clients via email. Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings.
Listing Management: Assist in creating, updating, and managing property listings. This will include development of marketing materials, social media posts, email marketing through Mailchimp, setting up listings through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Document Preparation: Use ZipForms and Docusign to create seller and buyer contract documents.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, property values, and other real estate opportunities in Milwaukee.
Social Media & Marketing: Manage and update social media profiles. Help develop marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients. Create listing presentations, buyer guides, and community resource guides.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, managing calendars, and organizing digital files.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing client events. This includes creating marketing materials, sending communication through email, and promoting on social media.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
– Strong understanding of real estate practices and terminology is a plus.
– Proficiency in Google Suite, Keller Williams Command CRM software, Canva, Mailchimp, DocuSign, ZipForms, and real estate platforms such as the Multiple Listing service (MLS).
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
– Available to work in time zones that align with Milwaukee’s business hours as needed.
