A distinguished boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Toronto, Canada, seeks a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless support in financial operations, contributing to our commitment to excellence in client service and industry leadership.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Commission Management:
– Process and document deals commissions with meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and commission payouts.
2. Financial Administration:
– Execute proficient accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliation.
– Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Team Collaboration:
– Foster a culture of teamwork by engaging with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
– Promote open communication and mutual respect among team members.
4. Multitasking and Adaptability:
– Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Maintain composure under pressure, delivering high-quality work.
5. Back Office Daily Tasks:
– Process paperwork efficiently and accurately.
– Respond to agent/client inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Create and post marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Professionalism: Represent the company with integrity and ethical standards.
– Communication Skills: Articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
– Industry Experience: Preferably in real estate, with an understanding of relevant processes.
– Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is a significant asset.
– Tech Savvy: Proficient in relevant software; willing to learn new technologies.
– Education: Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
– Work Schedule: Be able to work within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) of Canada.
