Job Description

I am looking for an organized real estate assistant to support our real estate team. The real estate assistant’s responsibilities include telephone duties, Marketing/social media management, preparing and distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports.
This job has potential for salary increase depending on performance. A detailed description of my job is as follows. You will have access to a lead source from people reaching out via real estate websites like Zillow and Rental beast inquiring about rental properties. (if you’re good eventually you’ll be calling buyer leads too)

1. You will call the lead and convert them to a client. I will teach you follow up skills as well.

***THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE JOB CALLING THEM AND MAKING THEM A client. Its easy and it’s a free service for them.***

2. Once you converted the client you’ll be doing property searches for them

3. Coordinating showings with other agents and reaching out to agents to show the properties on my behalf

4. Writing offers

5. Uploading documents that my office requires and is needed for every transaction

6. Adding clients to my database

I’ll also have you email buyer leads the same template/message every time.

You will be trained patiently and clearly for all of these tasks.

A little about me: I am Real estate agent in the state of Massachusetts in the US. Recently I decided to start my own real estate team and I am looking for an assistant to be a part of the team and grow with the business.

Major Functions
-Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls.
-Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
-Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback.
-Managing a client database and preparing reports.
-Preparing real estate forms and documents.
-Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
-Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
-Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
-Assisting with closing processes.
-Performing other duties as assigned.
-Respond to incoming text messages and emails through an app
-Creating social media posts
