Responsibilities:
Running analysis and comps on properties
Building and maintaining lists of cash buyers
Submitting Offers: Prepare and submit offers to properties listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform promptly and accurately, adhering to all relevant guidelines and protocols.
Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients, nurture leads, and promote property listings effectively.
Video Editing: Create and edit compelling videos showcasing properties, utilizing relevant software tools and ensuring high-quality output for distribution across multiple platforms.
Blog Posting: Research, write, and publish engaging blog posts on relevant real estate topics, industry trends, and local market insights to enhance our online presence and attract traffic to our website.
Social Media Management: Curate and schedule posts across business social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility, engage followers, and generate leads within our target audience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in MLS platforms and familiarity with real estate transaction processes.
Strong skills in email marketing, video editing, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, social media management tools, and video editing software.
