Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Now we are opening that full-time position.

Summary Job Duties:
A highly successful virtual assistant will assume responsibility for answering frequently asked questions from prospective and repeat clientele and will qualify incoming property submissions based on metrics such as property beds, baths, square footage, year built, condition level, and more. This person must be detail-oriented, effective at problem-solving, and possess high-level interpersonal skills. The virtual assistant demonstrates a commitment to ongoing education and strives for growth by regularly attending company-provided training for both personal and professional development.

NO AGENCIES ALLOWED: We are looking for a direct hire that we can bring on to our close-knit team.

Filtering inbound leads based on basic criteria (Beds/Baths/Square Footage/Year Built/Condition Level, etc.).
Responding to inbound leads, whether their deal fits our criteria or not.
Answering frequently asked questions from clientele.
Communicating regarding property submissions that require additional information.
Engaging in project-based tasks for further innovation.

Knowledge/Skills:
Experience within the real estate industry, particularly in property analysis and comping. PLEASE INDICATE THIS IN YOUR MESSAGE IF YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage conversations with multiple prospects simultaneously.
An in-home office setup that includes a Mac or PC computer with a fast and reliable internet connection.

Tech-savvy and quick to grasp new concepts.
Three to five years of administrative experience.
One to three years of service, sales, and/or management experience.
Excellent English writing skills.

Compensation:
During the first 60 days of employment, an hourly salary between $4-$5/hr will be paid. During this period, the agent will have access to daily training from our executive team, guidance from fellow employees, and continued education through courses and mentorships.

After a 60 day probationary period is successfully met, compensation will include a bonus of:
Closed Transaction: $25.00 Bonus Per Deal
i. Closed Transaction: A client who signed a sales agreement with us, and the transaction closes with a revenue-generating event.
