Work for a realtor located in the United States
The client has a strong focus on premium real estate
The ideal candidate should have a fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work with a high-speed internet connection at home.
Must have an experience in general administrative tasks, cold calling, appointment setting, calendaring, real estate transaction coordination, and some marketing

REQUIREMENTS
Updated CV
At least 1 year experience as a REVA
Must have complete home equipment setup (desktop/laptop, headset, webcam). All minimum required system specifications must be met to be considered.
ISP – 10MBPS minimum
Must be willing to work night shifts
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
We want someone who can handle sensitive and/or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Analytical, intuitive and knows how to follow brief instructions and make judgments based on learnings and training
Can work independently
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make sales via cold calling and utilizing email marketing campaigns for products or services that may better suit client needs
Maintain accurate records of all leads and transactions
Respond efficiently and accurately to leads; provide solutions, and ensure that leads feel supported and valued
Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information
Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure their needs are met throughout their buying process
Maybe: Create and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
Show properties virtually to prospective buyers or tenants, and provide them with detailed information about the properties and the surrounding area.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Work closely with other property managers, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
