Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for Real Estate/Property Management, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our real estate operations. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our team to handle various administrative, customer service, and property management tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, tenants, and vendors via email, phone, and chat.
2. Assist with scheduling appointments, property showings, and maintenance visits.
3. Coordinate property listings, updates, and promotions on relevant online platforms (property rental websites).
4. Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and property pricing.
5. Handle tenant communications, lease agreements, rent collection, and tenant screening processes.
6. Manage property maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor coordination.
7. Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
8. Support with data entry, documentation, and file organization.
9. Assist in creating and maintaining property management reports and analytics.
10. Perform general administrative tasks and provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and property management software (e.g., Airbnb, Rent Manager, etc).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.
