Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and confident individual to join our team as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller. While experience is crucial, we value individuals with the right personality and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling using proven scripts with a warm and conversational approach.
Logging call results accurately within a CRM system.
Potential data mining, skip-tracing, etc., through online resources (training provided).
Other tasks as requested by the team.

General Requirements:

At least 2 years of cold calling experience
Willingness to learn, adapt, and be motivated by challenges and self-improvement.
Preferred college education or degree
Warm and conversational personality
Knowledge of Real Estate Investment principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Access to a newer, reliable computer with a dependable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work and make calls during U.S. time zones

Specific Requirements to be considered for the position:

Excellent English-speaking proficiency: C1 to C2 (Advanced Proficiency)
Must provide an initial recording or video showcasing communication style and English proficiency
Must provide test results for a DiSC test or other personality test
Must provide IQ test results

Opportunity Details:

Part-time hours initially, with potential for full-time based on performance and proven results.
Pay will be determined based on experience, likely around $5 per hour (approx 300 pesos) to start, with the potential for increased wages (bonuses, etc.) related to performance and results.
Opportunity for promotion to an Acquisitions Manager with enhanced responsibilities and pay based upon performance and results.
