We are hiring 1-2 full-time Customer Happiness Specialists to join our team (Working hours vary between 8 am MST to 8 pm MST)

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support – Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents, including managing calendars, emails, and paperwork.
Client Communication – Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, gather information, and provide updates on property listings. Respond to correspondences throughout the day via text/calls/emails
Data Management – Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate property information.
Market Research – Assist in researching market trends and property data.
Social Media Management – Manage and update social media profiles with property listings and engaging content. Make use of our templates in Canva, update and create new templates as necessary
Leadership: Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Account Management: Onboarding new clients and handling customer retention

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or similar role.
– Previous experience in Canva is an ADVANTAGE.
– Previous experience in QuickBooks online is a MUST.
– Previous experience in Social Media Management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Tech-savvy and comfortable with real estate software and CRM systems.

– The pay will be determined based on your level of skill and experience. Offer starts at $5-7/hr
