Job Description

I am seeking an experienced administrative assistant and social media marketing expert to help with my Instagram content and various different daily tasks for me. I am hoping to find someone with strong problem solving skills and initiative. I would love to find one person that can fill both roles, but if needed, I will hire separate VA’s for each role. This will begin as a part time job (20 hrs) and move into a more full-time position (40 hrs) as you prove yourself capable to handle these tasks. You will start at $7/hr for the first two week trial, if you produce a great work product and maintain your work output I will give you a raise to $10/hr on week 3 and increase your hours to 40 hrs/week. After 3 months of successful full-time work, I will pay you $13/hr. Additional pay raises and bonuses available for exceptional work.

*You must be willing to use Hubstaff during the hours you work for me (I pay for this- if you arent willing to use it dont apply)
*Work hours will be conducted during business hours for either EST or MST time zone. You can choose.
*You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
*You must have experience with real estate terminology
*You must be comfortable with data entry, research, and be willing to learn new things.

I am in an exciting phase of growth in my business and hope to find someone interested in an honest and successful work relationship. I hope to pay you directly for your talent, instead of a 3rd party company that takes a cut from us both. I need someone dedicated to me and not working for 5 clients at a time, that is why Hubstaff use is required.

Social Media Marketing:
Experienced with Instagram growth strategies, content creation, graphic (post) design, writing/editing captions, hashtag analysis, video editing, reel creation, SEO + keyword research, hooks, call to actions, community engagement/interaction
