Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate

Location: Remote (Virtual) US Based.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our real estate agents and sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in the real estate industry and be able to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining client databases
– Assist with property listings by creating and uploading listings to various online platforms.
– Create and manage marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and property listings.
– Handling customer inquiries and follow-up calls.
– Assist with contract preparation and follow-up.
– Schedule and coordinate property showings and open houses
– Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM.

– Attend virtual team meetings and provide feedback of the effectiveness of current administrative strategies
– Research and stay informed on industry trends and updates.

Qualifications:

– 3+ years as a virtual assistant, BPO, call center or appointment sertter
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant, ideally in the real estate industry
– Strong administrative and organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong work ethic and positive attitude
