Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Full-Time Sales Closer

Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Closer, you will be integral to our sales team, focusing on making offers to homeowners, negotiating deals to get our offers accepted, and diligently following up to close sales efficiently. You will work remotely and be responsible for getting our offers to buy houses accepted through negotiation skills and real estate knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Make offers to potential sellers and negotiate terms to get offers accepted
Proactively follow up on all leads and negotiations to ensure deal closure.
Utilize effective sales strategies and scripts to overcome objections and convey our company’s value proposition.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and negotiations in our CRM system.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless transaction processes.
Qualifications:
Must have high energy!
At least 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in real estate negotiations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
A driven, enthusiastic, and resilient personality, capable of consistently achieving sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and adept at learning new technologies.
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude in challenging negotiations.
Requirements:
Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test will be required).
Noise-canceling headset.
A dedicated and private home office setup in a quiet location.
Proficient use of Skype and other communication tools.
Stable internet and power supply without interruptions.
What We’re Not Looking For:
Inexperience in handling high-stakes negotiations.
Candidates lacking a proactive approach to real estate sales.
Individuals uncomfortable with offer making
Applicants without a solid track record in achieving sales targets in real estate.
Expected Performance Metrics:
Successfully get multiple offers accepted each month.
Bonus Structure:
Bonuses awarded for each deal closed.
Additional bonuses for exceeding the targeted monthly quota for closed deals.

Pay Rate:
Competitive pay up to $6/hr, with potential incentives and performance-based bonuses. Pay is issued bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th (CST).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST. Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per shift.
