Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Full-Time Inside Sales

Job Description: We are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Agent. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work remotely and be responsible for prospecting leads through telephone calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and gathering lead information for our company. Your role will involve contacting potential sellers, collecting the required information, and inputting it into our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and email communications to manage real estate buying and selling opportunities and coordinate appointments.
• Utilize effective scripts to overcome objections and effectively convey our company’s values and integrity to prospective customers.
Qualifications:
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated problem solver.
• Familiarity with CRMs or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Driven to achieve success.
• Articulate and well-spoken.
• Previous experience in call center or virtual assistant roles is preferred.
• Proficient in documentation and writing.
• Ability to maximize the potential of scripts.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Requirements:
• Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
• DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test will be required).
• Noise-canceling headset.
• A dedicated home office setup in a quiet location.
• Proficient use of Skype.
• Stable internet and power supply without interruptions.

• Limited Availability or Irregular Schedule: We require our Real Estate Virtual Assistants to be available during our specified working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST. If you’re unable to commit to this consistent schedule, we encourage you to explore other opportunities that might better suit your availability.
• Minimal Communication Skills: Since effective communication is a cornerstone of this role, candidates who struggle with English communication, both written and verbal, may find it challenging to excel in this position. We are looking for individuals who can confidently engage with potential sellers and articulate our company’s values.
• Lack of Self-Motivation and Enthusiasm: Our ideal candidates are those who are driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated problem solvers. If you tend to lack self-initiative, this role might not be the best fit for you, as it requires proactively reaching out to potential leads and engaging with them.
• Unfamiliarity with CRMs and Learning New Systems: While prior experience with CRMs is not a strict requirement, candidates who are resistant to or struggle with adapting to new systems might face challenges in efficiently utilizing our CRM software and other tools.
• Inconsistent Internet and Power Supply: A stable and reliable Internet connection is crucial for effective communication and remote work. Candidates without a consistent high-speed internet connection and a reliable power supply might face interruptions that impact their performance in this role.
• Unprofessional or Disruptive Workspace: As this is a remote position, having a dedicated private home office setup in a quiet and distraction-free environment is essential. Candidates without a suitable workspace might find it challenging to maintain a professional demeanor during calls and other interactions.
• Negative Attitude or Lack of Resilience: Engaging with potential sellers and managing real estate opportunities can sometimes involve handling objections and rejections. We are seeking candidates who can maintain a positive attitude, overcome challenges, and convey our company’s values effectively even in the face of adversity.
• Easily Flustered, Shy, or Fearful: Given that this role involves making outbound calls and engaging with potential leads, candidates who are easily flustered, shy, or fearful when making calls may find it challenging to confidently represent our company and navigate conversations effectively.
Pay Rate:
Competitive pay up to $4.50/hr, with potential incentives and bonuses. Pay is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month (CST).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST. A 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per shift.
