OVERVIEW:

Our team is searching for a talented Real Estate Cold Caller with previous experience. We are looking for a loyal, hardworking individual who can grow with us and stay on long term. There will be opportunities for advancement and bonuses.

This is a full-time position.
Around 6 – 8 hours a day
Working hours will be somewhere between 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Hours and schedule can be personalized and discussed during interview process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very fluent English, advanced proficiency in English
• Experience in cold calling and customer service preferably in the real estate industry
• Extremely reliable Wi-Fi connection – Strong internet connection
• Great communicator – can make seller feel comfortable with the idea of selling and comfortable revealing details
• Reliable
• Can adjust and improvise during cold calls
• Great listener
• Strong ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

TASKS:

You will work with various lead lists, including those generated from our purchased lists, public records, and marketing campaigns. Your main task is to filter and qualify these leads based on their potential interest in a cash offer. You should get them as comfortable as possible with the idea of signing an agreement to sell their property and getting a cash offer.

Some other tasks may include presenting a cash offer, negotiating, reviewing a Purchase and Sale Agreement with a seller (you will be shown how), following up with sellers.
