I’m looking for a Part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Managing, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails, and assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Your Top Tasks:
1. Create and manage marketing campaigns
2. Email marketing as needed
3. Manage client CRM, through the Compass platform
4. Prepare and send out mailers on a consistent basis
5. Prepare and send out client collections for buyers
6. Cold Calling at some point further down the line
7. Prepare agreements and send them via DocuSign or through Compass
8. Light website updating
9. Send and manage calendar updates
10. Some social media posting, on multiple channels
11. Posting and updating listings through Compass/Zillow etc.
12. Arranging thank you cards and holiday gifts
13. Answering some emails as needed
14. Updating some spreadsheets
15. Answering Google phone calls from Google ads, gathering info and forwarding it to them
Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
* Willing to during the hours listed above.
* Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
