Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Sales
We are looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions VA who is outgoing, a self-starter, possesses a competitive drive, is reliable, and fun.

Role:
This role is more than the typical a 9-5. This role will give the applicant the opportunity within 1 year, to mature with the company into more of a managerial role. We want someone who desires an opportunity for long term growth (no ending date).
I will spend time everyday doing hands on training and leading morning meetings to ensure proper development of the applicant. Your development and success is OUR development and success.
The ideal applicant will primarily be developing new relationships with real-estate professionals and will need to build rapport over the phone, and virtually through text and social media.
I will also encourage the applicant to think independently, identify areas of opportunity, and improve/recommend new processes and procedures, but I will ALWAYS be available to answer any questions that may arise and I don’t expect this to happen overnight.

Compensation:
Compensation is expected to grow significantly via bonus structure, based on the number and amount of transactions closed. The ideal applicant would probably close 2-4 deals / per month within 6 months. There is no cap on compensation.
Full-time is required. The shift will usually run: Monday-Friday 7am PST to 4PM PST but there is flexibility regarding the exact times worked. Occasionally, I would expect that when deals are on the table and there is money to be made, you work on the weekend to get a deal done. At the end of the day, the more deals that close, the more you make.

Responsibilities:
*Qualify incoming leads, build rapport with prospective clients
*Develop and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
*Facilitate calls & texts, follow up and manage workflow
*Maintain an organized workspace, use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application to follow scheduled tasks, update notes based on client interactions
*Participate in daily meetings to discuss benchmarks for personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week
