Georgia Wholesale Homes, LLC is a Real Estate Investment Company in Atlanta, GA.

We do fix & flips and buy rental properties throughout the state of Georgia. We are looking for someone to join our fast growing team and grow with us as we expand across the whole state of Georgia and then into other states as well!

The value/service we provide is an “Extremely convenient & fast experience when selling your home”.

Your job will be to:

1.) Cold-call individuals that, based on certain criteria, have a high percentage of being motivated to sell their properties.

2.) You will then ask them a specific set of questions in a certain order (that we will provide you and coach you on) to qualify them to see if they’d be a good fit for the service that we provide.

Once qualified, you’ll then forward the lead to our Acquisitions Manager who will reach out to the prospect to set an appointment to meet with them at their home.

Pay is $5/hour***

*** Prior Real Estate and Sales Experience Is Preferred for the position ***

We are looking for full time team members who can work up to 40 hours a week.

And plus, for every lead that you send to our Acquisitions Manager that we actually close on and buy their home, you will also receive a $100.00 bonus at closing.*
