Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant with Strong Appointment Setting Experience
Job Type: Part-time (4 hours per day), potential for full-time after a 90-day probationary period
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Compensation: $5-$8 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a strong background in appointment setting and CRM management. This role is crucial in managing administrative tasks, ensuring effective client engagement and lead conversion for our real estate business. Responsibilities:
Real Estate Admin Support: Provide administrative support to the real estate team by managing calendars, organizing documents, and handling routine tasks.
CRM Management: Efficiently utilize the Follow-Up Boss CRM platform to maintain, update, and organize client information and interactions.
Strategic Follow-Up: Develop and implement strategic follow-up and nurture campaigns to keep leads engaged and informed.
Appointment Setting: Effectively schedule appointments, property viewings, and meetings on behalf of the real estate professionals.
Lead Conversion: Utilize your appointment setting expertise to convert cold leads into hot leads through personalized and persuasive engagement.
Requirements:
CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using the Follow-Up Boss CRM platform, including data entry, task management, and lead tracking.
Appointment Setting Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting and CRM management within the real estate industry is strongly preferred.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and establish positive relationships with clients.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various software tools and platforms for virtual communication and CRM management.
Additional Information:
This position offers flexible part-time hours with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance during the 90-day probationary period. The selected candidate will work remotely during the specified shift timing, adhering to Pacific Time.
