As a Virtual Assistant at UpCierge, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, assisting our clients with real estate administrative and customer service tasks. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

This may start as a part-time role and lead to a full-time position based on exceptional performance and evolving client requirements.

Job Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Upload and manage property listings
– Conduct property research
– Assist with tenant screening and processing rental applications
– Handle lease renewals and manage unpaid accounts
– Proofread rental appraisals and reviews
– Prepare listing agreements and track market statistics
– Coordinate vendor services for property marketing
– Assist with client management and database maintenance
– Provide administrative support to sales agents
– Manage CRM systems and task organization
– Assist with graphic design tasks and newsletter creation

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and real estate software.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and regulations is preferred.
