• Utilize your expertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Photoshop to create detailed, photo-realistic images.
• Collaborate closely with our friendly and talented team of architects, designers, and real estate professionals, ensuring an accurate representation of design concepts.
• Expand your skills in real estate development by contributing to market analysis, site selection, and project management.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visualization and real estate development.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members through effective communication and presentations.
What we’re looking for:
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in visualization and rendering of real estate properties.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• An understanding of real estate development processes and principles.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What would make you stand out:
• Experience in real estate development or a related field.
• Knowledge of additional rendering and visualization software, such as 3ds Max, Lumion, or Revit.
• Experience in creating virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) experiences.
