We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to monitor various public websites, including but not limited to Zillow, , and other relevant platforms, to identify promising real estate deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment. This role involves continuously scouring online listings, identifying potential investment opportunities, and promptly uploading relevant information into our CRM system.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Website Monitoring:** Regularly monitor designated public websites for real estate listings, focusing on key markets and property types as specified.
2. **Deal Identification:** Identify potential real estate deals based on predetermined criteria, such as price range, location, property type, and investment potential.
3. **Data Extraction:** Extract pertinent information from identified listings, including property details, pricing, contact information, and any other relevant data.
4. **CRM Management:** Upload all relevant deal information into our CRM system accurately and promptly, ensuring that data is organized and easily accessible for further analysis.
5. **Quality Assurance:** Verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded data to maintain the integrity of our database.
6. **Communication:** Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks, share insights, and streamline processes.
7. **Research and Analysis:** Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes, providing insights into current trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
8. **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of monitored websites, identified deals, and any other relevant information for future reference.
**Requirements:**
1. **Experience:** Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in virtual assistance, data entry, or research roles is advantageous.
2. **Technological Proficiency:** Proficient in using web browsers, search engines, and other online tools for research and data extraction. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
3. **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to quickly identify relevant information from large volumes of data.
4. **Time Management:** Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
