Real Estate Wholesaling Agent
Primary responsibility:
• Using the calling system to make calls and notes regarding conversation details
• Daily logs of warm and hot leads that need to be routed to Deborah
What you will eventually learn to do:
• Identify and secure under-valued properties through direct call marketing and research.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential investors and buyers for quick property flipping.
• Perform detailed market analysis to determine the after-repair value (ARV) of properties.
• Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain buyers for wholesale deals.
• Facilitate property inspections and appraisals to assess renovation needs and costs.
• Continued learning of new strategies and skills that will allow you to grow in the business

Applicant Requirements :
• Prefer applicants with call center experience
• Real Estate experience is a plus
• Very Good written and oral communication skills in English
You will be tested for proficiency in English
• Must have your own working laptop or desk top at home
• Must have ear buds or head set
• Must have quiet workspace
• Must have ability to get to another location with wifi if employee experiences issues with power or internet
• Must have the ability to follow instructions well
• Would prefer a team leader as we plan to grow rapidly
• Innovative thinking skills
• Creative thinker who is able to go outside the box
• Ability to work US EST hours of 1pm – 8pm and rotating weekends

We observe all Philippine holidays and applicant can expect to be paid for the 13th month. We will observe a 60 day trial period period before offering a permanent position.

Pay is scheduled for every other Friday and paid in your currency. The 13th month is paid as well as potential for growth bonuses every 6 months. Holidays and sick days are not paid for the first year. After the 1 year anniversary you should expect 3 paid sick days per calendar year.
