Job Description

Objective*: Secure deals under contract and contribute to lead follow-up and lead generation efforts to support our real estate wholesaling operations.

*Responsibilities*:
•? ?*Deal Closing*: Take charge of the closing process, negotiating and securing deals under contract with property sellers.
•? ?*Lead Follow-Up*: Consistently follow up with leads through calls, emails, SMS, and ringless voicemails to nurture and convert them into deals.
•? ?*Lead Generation*: Participate in lead generation activities, including cold calling, SMS outreach, and ringless voicemail campaigns.
•? ?*Negotiation*: Utilize strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms for the company and build rapport with property sellers.
•? ?*Data Management*: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
•? ?*Collaboration*: Work closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing.
•? ?*Performance Metrics*: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for deal closures and lead conversion rates.

*Requirements*:
•? ?*Experience*: Must have a minimum of 2 years of “closing” experience in real estate wholesaling. Anyone without this experience will not be considered.
•? ?*Communication Skills*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•? ?*Sales Skills*: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
•? ?*Tech-Savvy*: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
•? ?*Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•? ?*Customer Focused*: Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help clients.
•? ?*Resilient*: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

*Preferred Qualifications*:
•? ?Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology.
•? ?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
