Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Manager to oversee and manage all qualified leads and coordinators under them in the real estate investing industry. The Lead Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all leads related to real estate investment opportunities are properly managed, tracked, and nurtured to ultimately drive business growth. The role will primarily focus on ensuring that all leads related to real estate investing are efficiently managed and tracked within our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all qualified leads and coordinators under them in the real estate investing industry.
Ensure all leads related to real estate investment opportunities are tracked and managed properly in our CRM system.
Implement lead nurturing strategies to help convert leads into real estate investment opportunities.
Work closely with the real estate investment team to identify potential areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Analyze data and metrics to monitor lead management performance related to real estate investment opportunities and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement processes and procedures for managing leads related to real estate investing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate investing and CRM systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead management or a related field in the real estate investing industry.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead tracking processes related to real estate investing.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data related to real estate investing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in the real estate investing industry.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of coordinators in the real estate investing industry.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in the real estate investing industry.
