As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting as a real estate agent and helping our business thrive. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced and exciting real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update property information, client details, and transaction records into our database and CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Communication and Follow-Up: Communicate with clients, and prospects through emails, phone calls, and other digital channels as directed by your supervisor. Provide prompt responses to inquiries and schedule appointments when required.

Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Transaction Coordination: Support agents in coordinating transactions, ensuring all necessary documents are correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Education: Associate Degree or equivalent. Additional courses or certifications in real estate, administration, or related fields are a plus.

Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, various software applications, and online tools. Experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, team members, and external contacts.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.

Initiative and Adaptability: Willingness to take initiative, learn new skills, and adapt to the dynamic real estate environment.

Ethical Standards: Demonstrate high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Real Estate Passion: An interest in real estate and a desire to grow within the industry is desirable.
