Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real-Time Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will manage and analyze real-time data using Google Spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and other reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize Google Spreadsheets and other reporting tools to analyze real-time data and generate reports.
-Monitor ticketing systems to track and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
-Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.
-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a similar role required (2 years).
-Open to work a rotating schedule Mon-Sun during EST hours (2 days off per week)
-Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office applications.
-Experience working with ticketing systems and real-time reporting tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
