Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real-Time Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in scheduling for service based companies, exceptional problem-solving skills, thrive while under pressure, and have a keen eye for details. This includes working with clients and technicians in managing daily schedule changes and ensuring optimal efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily scheduling for 25+ technicians, ensuring efficient routing and minimizing travel time.
– Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, including last-minute changes and cancellations.
– Communicate clearly, promptly, and effectively with technicians and clients regarding schedule updates and resolving scheduling issues.
– Maintain accurate records of technician schedules (availability and time off) and client appointments using scheduling software.
– Optimize schedules for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and technicians.
– Data tracking of scheduling KPIs.
– Handle difficult conversations with clients and employees, adhering to company rules and boundaries.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in scheduling or related roles.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– Excellent communication skills in conversational English.
– Attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships with team members and clients.
– Driven, reliable, and committed to continuous growth and improvement.
– Proficiency in conversational English.
