Real-Time Response Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Real-Time Response Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and efficient communication flow during European nighttime hours (9 PM to 5 AM Lisbon time). Your primary responsibility will be to monitor a designated Slack channel, swiftly responding to the messages by joining specific Telegram groups, extracting relevant data, and accurately reporting back in the Slack thread.

Your performance will be measured based on the speed and accuracy of information relayed.

This is currently a 3-month long project, with the opportunity to transition into a longer-term contract.

Responsibilities:
• Vigilant monitoring of a specified Slack channel during set hours (5 AM to 1 PM Philippines Time)
• Quickly respond to messages by joining designated Telegram groups.
• Gather necessary information from Telegram channels as specified.
• Input collected data into the Slack thread in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and efficiency throughout the shift.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Proficient in using Slack and Telegram.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.

Skills:
• Essential: Fast typing, quick decision-making, and prompt response capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience in monitoring and reporting roles, familiarity with online communication tools.
