Job Description: Real Estate Cold Caller + Skip Tracer
Employment Type: Temporary Audition (2 weeks) with Potential for Permanent Position if correct actions are followed
Pay: $3.50 per hour, paid weekly + Additional bonus paid weekly for closed deals
3 year minimum in a similar job
Fluent in English; can have a conversation with anyone in English
Shifts will be based on Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)

Job Overview:
As the first person in our outreach you will be speaking with our clients initially to assess if they are qualified to need our help, your primary responsibility will be to call and speak with people from the list. You will utilize various tools and resources to perform skip-tracing activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. This position is crucial for our acquisition process and helps us connect with property owners efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct skiptracing activities to locate and verify property addresses.
Utilize online databases, public records, social media, and other resources to gather information.
Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
Document and report findings in a clear and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and any issues encountered.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Qualifications:
Experience with cold-calling numbers
High energy
Ability to keep going on and not get discouraged because many people will say no
Speak fluent English
Experience in skiptracing or related research activities is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
