What we are looking for:
I need a new a kick a** virtual assistant. This is a remote (work from home) position. The role will require many different tasks but here is the main things I am looking for:
A Problem Solver
Someone Proactive
Someone with a background in marketing. Specifically Google & Facebook Ads (not required but if you have this experience, it’s a HUGE bonus).
Someone I will enjoy working with. We will spend a lot of time together so it will be important that we respect, trust and like each other.
Salary & growth opportunities:
Remote Virtual Position starts at $600 a month
You’ll work under and be trained by me
You’ll be assigned tasks slowly at first and then given more as you better understand the role
You’ll be graded on your ability to follow directions, execute tasks in a timely manner, your ability to problem solve and your proactiveness.

The ideal candidate:
Excellent English comprehension. This is important because we don’t want anything lost in translation.
Google & Facebook Ads Experience: This is not required for the role but will give you an advantage over your competition for this role, You will not be required to create brand new campaigns. You will be required to monitor campaigns and duplicate campaign setups.
Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
Proactive: We are looking for someone who can identify problems before they happen and suggest solutions before we ask. We don’t want someone who simply executes everything we ask to be done. We want someone who executes everything we ask to be done AND suggests how it can be done better.
Make sure you’re comfortable with:
Remote working. This is a remote (work from home) position.
