ABOUT US
We run an eCommerce Dropshipping business. We started with the first Dutch store in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, in Europe. We are scaling to multiple stores in different countries and continents around the world. We are looking forward to hitting 7 figures (€1.000.000 Euros) by the end of this year!

ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking great candidates that will represent the company with excellent Customer Service and dedication. So essentially this is a Customer Support job where you would have to follow a very clear process to keep our customers happy, but which will become very simple when you understand every step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling customer complaints
Reporting on refunds/complaints
Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs
Contributing to our documentation and improving our support processes
Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
We maintain an ETA of 24 hours so you must reply to the emails within this timeframe
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
Use of ReAmaze Customer Service platform
Handling messages in various languages (Dutch, English, and other languages)
KEY TASKS
Reply to all the customers within 24 hours during workdays

Log in twice a day to check on email messages (morning and evening time)
Report daily activity in Slack

Work neatly in all work we do, make sure you do not have any grammar errors
Make sure the sheets we are working in are neatly organized

Show empathy to the customer and use emojis for personalizing the emails. Do not copy-paste the templates! Take your time to solve the ticket as you would want your questions to be solved

Provide a solution to their problem. Should you need more time to provide a suitable solution please inform your customer that we need to check on this further and that we will get back to them once we have a solution to their problem. Mark the email with proper labels

When dealing with angry customers, keep your cool and always try your best to answer politely, once the customer is angry please reply in detail, rather than a copy paste reply

Make your customer feel confident that you are the best person to help them with their concerns. At the end of the email, the impression you want to leave is “You are on their side but you have a set of rules because you work for a company”

Fluent in English, both written and verbally
Organized, motivated, and hungry to learn and grow
Able to work according to OUR strategy and methodology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with working with workflows and video training
Experience with communication & collaboration platforms
Experience working structured and detailed, noting down KPI’s
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times
Available for weekly team calls
Available to join immediately
Available 6-8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week
Currently NOT working for other full-time jobs

Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week once you are asked to start working full-time. We will start with a two week trial and then turn from part-time to full-time.

Ideally, you will have some experience, but ultimately we want to work with someone who loves to learn and grow within a team and company.
