Buxton Chelsea – Receptionist (Virtual Assistant)

Buxton Chelsea is seeking an offshore Receptionist and Administrator with previous virtual assistant, BPO or reception experience, to primarily answer phones, take messages and provide excellent customer service to all clients. You will also assist with administration and tasks. Employment is on a full-time basis.

We are a Real Estate business based in Melbourne, Australia. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, customer service, clear English verbal and written and administrative skills, to be part of our growing administration department and greater business.

You must have a strong and reliable internet connection along with supporting computer and headset equipment.

• Offshore/Virtual Assistant experience, BPO experience or reception experience is preferred.

Primary Duties:
• Answering all internal phone calls (multiple lines where necessary)
• Taking messages where necessary
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients
• Managing reception inbox, ensuring all emails are allocated promptly and correctly
• Administrative tasks involving the CRM
• Assisting with sales team listing proposals
• Other responsibilities as required.

Buxton Chelsea working hours are 40 hour per week with the schedule being Monday – Friday 6:00am/7:00am to 2:30pm/3:30pm PHT (depending on daylight savings). We also follow Australian Public Holidays. Salary starting at $1000 AUD per month based on experience.
