Job Description

We are a personal injury and criminal defense law firm. We seek justice and compensation for our clients. When people call our firm, they are scared and confused. They deserve a law firm that can help them navigate insurance companies and the justice system. We know we have done the right thing when clients tell us they don’t know what they would have done without our help – and they tell us a lot! We are experiencing strong growth, much of it through referrals from past clients.

We are looking for a friendly person who is unafraid to interact with people and needs minimal supervision; someone who can add their organizational, communication, and administrative skills to our law firm where the work is important and there is plenty of room to grow. We are looking for someone with exceptional English fluency with little to no accent. The right fit will be a natural on the phone and can provide a warm welcome to everyone who calls. Success in this role is not only to check off tasks but to greet clients warmly, perform duties with an understanding of the end goal, and strive to deliver an excellent client experience, from initial intake to close of the case. Responsibilities:
Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm
Show compassion to potential new clients who are struggling with a legal problem
Intake of potential new clients
Scheduling of potential new clients
Transfer calls to the appropriate staff
Taking payment over the phone
Communicating with clients regarding updates
File and organize the electronic file

Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma
Should have some prior office experience
Prior experience in law firm preferred
Experience with business phone systems, computer systems, MS Office 365, Google Suite
Experience with Google Calendar, Calendly, Google Meet, Zoom

Skills:
English fluency with little to no accent
