Key Responsibilities:

Fielding Calls: Be the welcoming voice of our company, handling incoming calls from US-based business owners with professionalism and poise.
Scheduling: Coordinate with marketing coaches and co-founders to manage their schedules, ensuring efficient time management and organization.
Answering Basic Questions: Provide accurate and helpful responses to inquiries from clients and team members.
Light Support Duties: Assist in various support tasks across phone, chat, and email, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
Sales Activities: Engage in sales conversations, demonstrating product knowledge and persuasiveness in converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Requirements:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
