Job Description

Canadian property management company actively seeing a full-time receptionist to add to our growing team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity focused on residential leasing.

**Job Responsibilities:**
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming inquiries, handling long-term rentals, short-term rentals, landlords, and prospects via phone, text, and instant messaging platforms.
– Clean-up, review, prepare, and distribute emails and correspondence, directing items to relevant team members as needed.
– Generate and manage internal tickets for task allocation and tracking purposes.
– Coordinate with local cleaners on cleaning schedules, ensure any last-minute changes are adhered to and guest satisfactions are met.
– Coordinate the creation of compelling marketing materials such as photos, videos, and write-ups for all properties in our inventory. Disseminate these materials across our websites and social media accounts.
– Perform periodic market surveys to analyze local rental trends and recommend competitive rental fees for vacant apartments based on market findings.
– Promote our property management services to prospective landlords, showcasing our expertise and benefits.
– Assist in the marketing aspects of recruiting cleaners and tradespeople to maintain our properties.
– Provide support in the sale of used items associated with the properties.
– Aid in procurement processes to secure necessary supplies and services for property management operations.
– Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Must Haves:

* Fluency in written and spoken communication in English
* Exceptional phone skills
* 1+ year experience in residential property leasing
* Strong knowledge with tenancy acts or background in law studies
* Customer service experience
* Professional experience in Administration
* Experience in Marketing
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
* Experience with task management systems is an asset
* Experience with Buildium is a strong asset

Shifts
* Graveyard shifts (730AM to 430PM EST)
* Ability to partake in rotational long days, once a week

Compensation
PHP 30000 – 38000/ month based on experience
Bonus up to PHP 14000/ month based on performance
