Company Overview: Green Seat’s Marketing BPO Inc is looking for people to join a leading Asset/Fund Recovery company dedicated to assisting clients in recovering their lost assets and funds. Our team of experts specializes in guiding clients through the recovery process, collecting essential evidence and documentation, and providing unmatched support and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Service/Operations Department as Recovery Specialists. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients recover their assets and funds through phone communication in English. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the recovery process, collecting and analyzing evidence, and ensuring effective communication throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Guidance: Provide exceptional guidance and support to clients throughout the asset/fund recovery process via phone communication in English, explaining each step clearly and concisely.

Documentation: Collect, review, and organize essential documentation and evidence required for the recovery process. Ensure accuracy and completeness.

Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to gather relevant information and evidence pertaining to each case. This may involve research, interviews, and data analysis.

Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, primarily through phone calls, updating them on the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources required for successful recoveries.

Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines throughout the recovery process

Qualifications:
Fluent English: Proficient in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
Confidence: Display confidence and professionalism in interactions with clients and colleagues.

People Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport with clients and effectively address their needs.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to review and organize complex documentation accurately.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.

Research Skills: Proficient in conducting research and gathering information from various sources.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Legal Studies) is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in asset or fund recovery, financial services, or a related field is a plus.

Benefits:
Working week schedule Monday – Friday
Working Schedules: 1:00pm – 10: 00pm / 3:00 pm – 12:00mn / 11:00pm – 8:00am
Starting Salary Php 25,000 (May change depending on the interview and experience)
Government Mandated benefits: SSS, TIN, PHhilhealth Pagibig
13 Month Pay
HMO – Upon regularization
