As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the recruitment and selection process of candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attraction:
Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Write and post job advertisements that effectively communicate job requirements and attract qualified candidates.
Proactively build a network of potential candidates through online and offline channels.
Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to further assess candidates’ qualifications and abilities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the best-fit candidates for specific roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their overall experience during the hiring process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates following interviews or assessments.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and manage their expectations.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
Prepare and distribute employment-related documents such as offer letters and employment contracts.
Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment software.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
