Job Description:
As a Recruiter for our store, you will be responsible for finding and hiring Full-Time Buyers· to ensure our business thrives. You will have access to various recruiting tools and platforms, including Indeed (required), and will play a pivotal role in building a talented team. This position provides an opportunity to impact our organization’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting: Utilize Indeed (required) and other platforms to post job openings for Full-Time Buyers.
Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including resume databases, social media, and professional networks.
Screening: Review and assess candidate applications and resumes, conducting initial screenings to determine qualifications and fit.
Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, including phone screens and in-person interviews.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to recommend the most suitable candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including effective communication and feedback.
Candidate Location Preference: Base in Arlington Heights, IL, United States
Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with hiring laws and regulations.
Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment activities and results for management.
Qualifications:
Have verified active Indeed account.
Familiarity with Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
Proven experience as a recruiter, especially for similar roles in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of the hiring process and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates and tasks.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
