Crescas Real Estate is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to assist the sales manager and sales team. We are looking for a hardworking person who also likes to have fun and work in a team environment. Salary for this position ranges from $4 to $6 per hour based on past experience.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:
At least 1 year experience in recruiting work within the Real Estate industry
Experienced in using Follow Up Boss for lead management, Creating action plans and automation, pulling reports, and more.
Experience with Mojo dialer, Follow Up Boss, and scripts
Experience with calendar apps, and appointment scheduling

Duties:
This person in this job will be assisting the leadership team with uploading recruit lists, finding phone numbers and email addresses for prospects, making outbound calls to recruits as well as texting and emailing from within our systems. Candidate must be able to facilitate tools, systems, campaigns, and referral sources (inbound and outbound) to increase opportunity and sales agents for the team.
This is not a sales position. This is an administrative position which requires great attention to detail and some working knowledge of Microsoft tools, Canva, Social Media, as well as standard business systems and tools. You will be working closely with the Operations department as well as the executive team.
Great verbal and written communication skills are paramount. The person in this position must be able to work in a team environment as well as be self-managed and self-disciplined. Must be able to take instructions and complete projects and tasks in a timely manner with few mistakes. Must be detail-oriented and proactive in their work.
We provide PTO and Holiday pay after the provisionary period. Our VA’s and ISA’s are fully integrated into our team. You will be working alongside one of the best VA teams in the country. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available as we grow.
