What a recruiter at Aventus does:
-Work with our HR Manager and our leadership team to determine any hiring needs
-Collaborating with our HR Manager to set up job descriptions and post ads on our different job boards
-Screen resumes for all applicants and set up screening calls
-Conduct all screening calls and select the best candidates for a second interview with our HR Manager
-Maintain an active full pipeline of candidates for our recurring positions
-Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
-Send out contracts, forms, and offer letters for new hires.
-Welcome and walk our new hires through their onboarding process
-Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
-Providing recruitment reports to our Management Team
-Keep up to date on the status of each applicant using our boards
-Assisting and collaborating with clerical work to help run our HR Department
Availability: 40 hours per week. Mon – Fri 9 am to 6 pm with a 1 hr lunch break
Equipment: Updated Laptop/desktop Windows 10, 4 GB RAM, at least i3 processor. Headset with microphone.
Connectivity: Stable internet connection through LAN cable. At least 40mbps download, 20 Mbps upload.
Workspace: This position is 100% remote! You can work from the comfort of your own home or anywhere in the world as long as you have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection.
