Position Details
Job Title: Philippines Recruiter (pref. located in Manila or Cebu)
Type of Employment: Part-time
Work Hours: Flexible, approximately 20 hours per week
Job Description
We are seeking an on-the-ground recruiter in the Philippines, specifically in Manila or Cebu, to help us identify and secure exceptional talent for our clients. Our clients are primarily looking for professionals in customer service, software development, operations, sales, marketing, and general VA roles.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit top talent from the Philippines
– Maintain and expand a vast professional network
– Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years of recruitment experience
– Excellent English communication skills
– Hardworking and proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
– College degree
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $6/hr + commission
Benefits Offered: Healthcare and social security reimbursement after a 3-month probationary period
