Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting physical therapists and will be proficient in using various recruitment tools and strategies, including LinkedIn, email automation, DM appointment setting, and social media. This role is crucial to our growth, and we are looking for someone who can attract and engage top talent through compelling job ads and innovative outreach methods.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified physical therapists.
– Utilize LinkedIn, email automation, direct messaging, and social media to reach potential candidates.
– Write and post compelling job ads that attract high-quality applicants.
– Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
– Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in recruiting within the healthcare space, specifically physical therapists.
– Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment and networking.
– Experience with email automation and outreach tools.
– Strong understanding of DM appointment setting and social media recruiting strategies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to write compelling job ads that attract high-quality candidates.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
