About the Opportunity:
• Meet with managers, talent team and/or business partner to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy; design and coordinate the hiring process.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates and build talent pipelines including diverse candidates.
• Screen resumes for qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interview.
• Schedule interviews for clients.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Data scrub data via web to find accurate contact information.
• Communicate with candidates and clients promptly.
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate reference checks, drug tests, and background checks as required by clients.
• Clearly communicate status and progress on open positions and provide strategic guidance to hiring teams; create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
• Cold-call prospecting for new client opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Experience with the recruiting lifecycle is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrable sales experience and success in a related position.
• Knowledge of effective hiring practices.
• Experience in sourcing, internet scrubbing, cold-call prospecting, and marketing.
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
• Self-discipline and strong time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and exceed goals.
• Must have exceptional documentation skills and the ability/willingness to follow through within a structured Applicant Tracking System.
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet established quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
Must have:
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection with at least 10mbps
• Up-to-date computer system
• Working space with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or your internet connection becomes unstable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
