In this remote role, you’ll play a pivotal role in our success by providing comprehensive recruitment and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for tasks like:

Sourcing Rockstar Candidates by utilising your recruiting expertise to research and source the best healthcare professionals across Australia using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Building our Talent Network by researching and creating lists of qualified candidates based on specific job requirements.
Identify companies actively hiring healthcare roles, track down contact details, and document the information.
Be the bridge between our recruiters and potential candidates by initiating contact via email and LinkedIn.
Upload candidate profiles and job details into our recruitment system, ensuring everything is organized and running smoothly.
Scheduling Savvy: Set up interviews and calls for both candidates and clients, keeping things on track.

The Ideal Candidate:

Min 1 Year of Recruitment Experience (Essential). Healthcare recruiting experience is a bonus!
Flexible & Autonomous: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable to different tasks, and can independently manage your workload.
Organized and able to use technology: You’re a whiz with LinkedIn and recruiting software, and excel at keeping detailed records and spreadsheets.
A Passion for Healthcare: You understand the importance of healthcare roles and are excited to support our mission of connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
