*What You’ll Do*
– Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
– Collaborate with hiring managers and/or external clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and compensation expectations.
– Review resumes and conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
– Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
– Foster a harmonious working relationship with the hiring manager and/or external clients
*What You’ll Bring*
– At least 4-5 years of work experience in Full Cycle Recruitment (end-to-end)
– Experience as a recruiter in a creative or design-focused industry is a plus
– Willing to work on a night shift (PH)
– Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and hire top talent for professional roles
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of any applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (i.e. Notion, Airtable)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Demonstrated ability and track record of success in filling a broad range of positions in a timely manner
– Proven track record of creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from direct competitors
– With great organizational skills and must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
– Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information.
