Total Care Connections, one of the leading home care organizations, is in search of an exceptional Recruiter to join our expanding team. We are on a mission to reinforce our caregiving and nursing teams in Arizona and Colorado, and we need a top-tier professional to help us achieve that goal.

As a part of our team, you will engage with candidates, highlight the benefits of joining our organization, and conduct virtual video interviews. You will be pivotal in shaping our team and, ultimately, the quality of care we provide.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily recruiting tasks – source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
Aim to onboard a minimum of 5 new candidates per week locally.
Participate in monthly recruiter meetings.
Guide new hires through the onboarding and training process.
Collaborate with fellow coordinators to meet client needs.
Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and employees.
Resolve client and employee concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Represent our brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Respond promptly and professionally to information requests.
Undertake additional duties as assigned or required.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum two years of recruiting or staffing experience.
Prior experience recruiting healthcare staff or caregivers preferred.
Experience in training caregivers is beneficial.
Proactive, optimistic, competent, critical thinkers who thrive in a team environment.
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing quality care.
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can type above 60 WPM.
Can navigate complex tasks including staffing and scheduling.
A problem solver who enjoys overcoming challenges.
