**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hiring landscape in the United States. As an Expert Filipino Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within Glo Tanning.
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, focusing on American talent.
– Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current information.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
– Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven 3 years min experience as a recruiter, preferably with experience in hiring American candidates.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
– Ability to effectively use various sourcing tools and platforms.
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with the tanning or beauty industry is a plus but not required.
