Recruiter
Recruiter (Spanish) you will be supporting the growth of our recruiting team by demonstrating your ability to get creative and find extraordinary talent through innovative and unconventional means. You will serve as a thought partner to hiring managers and play a critical part in attracting exceptional talent to Driven Talent. As the first person that candidates speak to, you will pitch Driven Talents mission with charisma, while assessing their capabilities with curiosity. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your candidates, build relationships, and demonstrate a quality of work that goes beyond expectations.
In this role, you can expect to
Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
Deep experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts; tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram and Diversity oriented sites
Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate match
Experience in a role where strong attention to detail, being resourceful, working multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
Excellent consultative, negotiation, presentation skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
Proven experience engaging high-potential prospects through targeted sourcing and cold calling
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte) and proven experience working in a result measured environment
Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
Partner closely with hiring teams and recruiters to advise on market trends
Qualify and engage candidates for open roles
Write creative recruiting campaigns and continue to iterate as we scale
Diligently track the progress of candidates and ensure exceptional candidate experience
Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring
Analyze candidate pipeline and performance data to advise internal stakeholders and external clients
To thrive in this role, you have
A proven track record for successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring technical talent in a competitive market
Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels
1+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-staffing recruiting team or a combination of both
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (We use Avionte)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing
Professionalism, with ability to maintain confidential information and a positive “can-do” attitude
A successful record of building trust with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
A passion for continuous improvement and growth
